Closed stage
- The outer skeletal walls are insulated either by stone or wood insulation and ready for a facade
- Windows and entrance door built in
- Ceilings insulated and closed with either OSB or KLH boards
- Roof construction insulated and prepared for covering
- Walls, ceilings and roof prepared for finishing touches (plasterboards, panelling, tiles...)
- Prepared for electricity and home appliance installation
Finished house
- Floors and installations inside are finished rest of work according to your wishes.
What do you need to start building
- A building permit
- Foundations laid
