Based on several years of development, optimisation of construction elements and consideration and quality implementation of standard, certified details, we enable the production of low energy Egoles house with the use of energy under 25 kWH/m²a (calculated according to the PHPP 7 method), and in the passive variation, even under 15kWh/m²a. before the construction of a low energy / passive Egoles house, we help you arrange all the required documentation for the acquisition of a grant by the EKO fund.
Prices and payment conditions are defined upon the signing of the contract and do not change until the end of the construction.
When optimising the construction element and assembling the construction segments, we put a major emphasis on the air tightness of the building which is very important in the energy efficiency of the building. With our certified connection details and quality assembly, we assure very good air tightness of the prefabricated Egoles houses. Air tightness of a building was confirmed countless times in practice as well, with air tightness tests performed on buildings.
Since wooden prefabricated construction is defined as dry and since the elements are prefabricated in the manufacture, while the assembly up to the 4th construction phase is completed in approximately 4 days, we can claim that this is a simpler and quicker type of construction than the, e.g. classic construction. Also, based on statistical calculations and other tests, we assure excellent earthquake and fire protection.
In the construction of a prefabricated Egoles house, the basic element of prefabricated construction is a large panel wooden construction. The basic idea of panel prefabricated construction is to achieve as high a level of prefabrication as possible in the manufacturing plant. This enables a better process and climate control of the manufacture. The result is a high quality of the end product.
The manufacture takes place in a controlled climate, which significantly influences the built in material (wood, coverings, isolation). Thus, independently of weather conditions, all phases of assembly of the wall panel, building in of carpentry elements, facade manufacture, storage and loading onto trucks can be carried out.
